Booking policy

A card on file is required to book your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Any cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.

No-Shows

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may be subject to a late fee or may not have enough time to be serviced.

Guests

Please do not bring children or additional guests into the service room.

Loyalty Pricing

To receive the $45 loyalty Brazilian, your next appointment must be rebooked while you’re still in the studio for 4–6 weeks out. Appointments past 6 weeks do not qualify for loyalty pricing.
